This free event included complementary food and drinks, tons of awesome B-stock guitars and gear for sale at closeout prices, and a raffle which benefited the following local music nonprofits and area schools: Rock Raizer, Kids In A New Groove, Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH), Barbara Jordan Elementary, and River Oaks Elementary. Along with organizing the raffle fundraiser with proceeds going to the nonprofits, Austin Bazaar also donated nearly $10,000 worth of instruments to these organizations – because we believe everyone deserves to rock! Austin Bazaar Fall Fest It’s time for the first annual Austin Bazaar Fall Fest! This free event supports nonprofits that help bring music and art to children and communities in need across Texas. This is a community event featuring live music (Oh No Oh My, Moneywell Spunt, J. Wesley Haynes Trio, BIG WORDS, Doves & Sirens + More), free food & drinks, giveaways, contests and more! Plus Music Gear at LIQUIDATION PRICES! The party kicks off at Noon on Saturday, Nov. 17th at our flagship store and warehouse at 2306 W. Howard Lane, right off I-35 and Howard Lane. And here’s the best part- RSVP on our Facebook event page here  South By Southwest takes Austin by storm every year, clogging the streets with eager out-of-towners and locals alike as the music, film, and interactive portions of the event draw a worldwide audience to our corner of Texas for a few weeks. This year Austin Bazaar and ESP Guitars hosted a booth during the SXSW showcases at the Musician’s Institute Annex at 6th and Red River. MI Annex had a diverse schedule of showcases that week, and we were there from March 15 to 17 giving out free Austin Bazaar swag, showing off some ESP guitars, and enjoying the chaos. For  For the last half-century, the electric guitar has been the most popular musical instrument on the market. From the days of Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly, to Kiss and AC/DC, to Nirvana and Metallica, the electric guitar has never gone out of fashion. We recognize this at Austin Bazaar. As a matter of fact, we’ve built our business around it. Year after year, the electric guitar is far and away our best-selling instrument, during the holidays in particular.
