This free event included complementary food and drinks, tons of awesome B-stock guitars and gear for sale at closeout prices, and a raffle which benefited the following local music nonprofits and area schools: Rock Raizer, Kids In A New Groove, Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH), Barbara Jordan Elementary, and River Oaks Elementary. The Home is the oldest continuously operating residential childcare agency in Travis County, and serves more than 150 children from all over Texas every year.
