This free event included complementary food and drinks, tons of awesome B-stock guitars and gear for sale at closeout prices, and a raffle which benefited the following local music nonprofits and area schools: Rock Raizer, Kids In A New Groove, Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH), Barbara Jordan Elementary, and River Oaks Elementary. Along with organizing the raffle fundraiser with proceeds going to the nonprofits, Austin Bazaar also donated nearly $10,000 worth of instruments to these organizations – because we believe everyone deserves to rock! The Home is the oldest continuously operating residential childcare agency in Travis County, and serves more than 150 children from all over Texas every year. Children with severe emotional or behavioral problems are referred to the home by  Austin Bazaar now sells Open Box and Used Gear! What is Open Box?
